What areas do you deliver to?

We hand-deliver across the East Bay, including Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Walnut Creek, Orinda, and the surrounding neighborhoods. If your office zip is outside our standard route, email us and we'll let you know if we can accommodate.

How often do you deliver?

We currently deliver on Mondays and Thursdays. You choose the cadence that fits your office — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — and we'll schedule deliveries on whichever of those weekdays works best.

Is there a contract?

No. You can pause, change cadence, or cancel anytime from your customer portal. We just ask for a few business days' notice on schedule changes so we can adjust our supply order.

How much does it cost?

Subscriptions start at $75 per delivery for a single arrangement on a desk or small lobby. Most corporate clients land in the $200–$350 range for two to three coordinated arrangements. The wizard at /how-it-works shows exactly what your space will look like at every budget level.

Question 5

What's included?

Design, vessels (if needed), hand-delivery, on-site styling, and a swap-out guarantee for any stem that doesn't last the week. Care instructions are emailed after each delivery.

Can you do events?

Yes — we handle one-off events on top of standing accounts. Tell us in the notes when you sign up, or email us directly with the date, venue, and rough vision.

Who designs the arrangements?

Joanna designs every arrangement personally. She trained at floral studios across the Bay Area before starting Flowers by Joanna in 2026.
